This library summarizes the working properties of the elastomers Anlintech molds most often. Use it to shortlist candidates, then confirm against your exact service environment. Hardness, temperature ceiling, and compliance notes follow industry-standard ranges; specific grades and certifications are confirmed at quotation. Elastomer hardness is measured in Shore A. Lower values (30–50) give better sealing at low clamp force and on irregular surfaces; higher values (80–95) resist extrusion, abrasion, and high pressure. We hold tolerances to ISO 3302-1 and can dial hardness to your groove design.
