Custom Rubber Parts

Custom rubber parts are precision-molded elastomer components engineered to a buyer’s exact drawing, sample, or specification—rather than purchased as off-the-shelf stock. At Anlintech we compression-, transfer-, and injection-mold seals, gaskets, O-rings, and complex molded components in FKM/Viton, EPDM, NBR, silicone, and other specialist compounds, supplying automotive, medical, aerospace, oil & gas, electronics, and food customers across North America, Europe, and Asia.

What Are Custom Rubber Parts?

Standard rubber parts come in fixed sizes and materials. Custom rubber parts are built around your application: the geometry, durometer (Shore A hardness), compound, color, and tolerance are all defined by your engineering requirements. Common custom parts include rubber gaskets, O-rings, seals, diaphragms, bushings, bumpers, grommets, and isolators. Because the tooling and compound are selected per project, custom molding delivers a precise fit, longer service life, and lower total cost of ownership than adapting a standard part.

Materials We Mold

Compound choice drives temperature range, chemical resistance, and compliance. Our most-requested elastomers:

MaterialTemp RangeKey PropertiesTypical Uses
FKM / Viton®-20°C to +205°C (-4°F to +400°F)Excellent chemical & heat resistance, low compression setAerospace, oil & gas, chemical processing
EPDM-50°C to +150°C (-58°F to +302°F)Weather, ozone & steam resistanceAutomotive, outdoor, weatherstripping
NBR (Buna-N)-40°C to +120°C (-40°F to +248°F)Oil & fuel resistance, low costFuel systems, hydraulics, seals
Silicone (VMQ)-60°C to +230°C (-76°F to +446°F)Wide temp, FDA & USP grades, flexibilityMedical, food & beverage, electronics
Neoprene (CR)-40°C to +120°C (-40°F to +248°F)Weather, flame & moderate oil resistanceHVAC, marine, general industrial
HNBR-40°C to +165°C (-40°F to +329°F)High heat & oil resistance, abrasionAutomotive belts, oilfield

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom rubber parts?

Our typical MOQ starts around a few hundred pieces for compression-molded parts, lower for prototyping. See our RFQ guide for volume-based pricing.

What file formats do you need for a quote?

A 2D drawing (PDF/DWG), 3D model (STEP/IGES), or a physical sample. Color, durometer, compound, and quantity let us return an accurate quote fast.

Which certifications do you hold?

We operate an ISO 9001:2015 quality system. Material-level compliance (FDA, USP Class VI, ISO 10993, REACH, RoHS) is documented per project.

How long does tooling and production take?

Prototype tooling can be ready in about 7 days; production runs ship in roughly 15–20 days after sample approval, depending on volume and compound.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide under FOB, CIF, or DDP terms, with full documentation for customs clearance.

Can you match an existing rubber compound?

Yes. Send the sample or spec sheet and we will reverse-engineer the durometer, color, and performance profile and validate it against your application.
