Molded rubber components are custom-shaped elastomer parts produced by compressing or injecting rubber into a precision mold. Anlintech manufactures diaphragms, bushings, bumpers, grommets, isolators, and dampers in FKM, EPDM, NBR, silicone, and HNBR. See our molded rubber parts overview and learn how custom molded parts reduce total cost of ownership.
Unlike cut or extruded shapes, molded components take a precise 3D form in one shot—enabling complex geometries, undercuts (with proper tooling), and tight tolerances that stamped or die-cut parts cannot achieve.
We run compression, transfer, and injection molding. Our compression vs injection molding guide explains how to choose by volume, geometry, and tolerance.
Durometers from ~30 to 90 Shore A, with dimensional tolerances per ISO and ASTM rubber standards. Insert molding and dual-durometer assemblies are available.
Molded parts take a 3D shape in a closed mold; extruded parts are continuous profiles (like cord or tube) cut to length. Molded suits complex geometries.
Compression for low volume and large parts; injection for high volume and tight tolerance. Transfer sits between, good for inserts.
We work to ISO/ASTM rubber tolerances, typically ±0.1–0.3 mm depending on size and durometer.
Yes. Insert molding bonds rubber to metal or plastic for integrated components.
