Molding Processes We Offer

Compression Molding

Ideal for large seals, gaskets, and thick-section parts. Lower tooling cost compared to injection, excellent for metal insert overmolding. Suitable for all rubber materials including high-hardness compounds (90+ Shore A).

Injection Molding

High precision, fast cycle times (30-90 seconds), minimal flash. Best for high-volume production of small to medium-sized parts. Excellent dimensional control — ideal for medical and automotive quality requirements.

LSR / Liquid Silicone Molding

Cleanroom-capable production for medical and food-grade silicone. Two-component platinum-catalyzed silicone injected under high pressure. Achieves ±0.01mm tolerances and is the preferred process for FDA/LFGB silicone components.

In-House Mold Manufacturing

Having mold manufacturing in-house means faster iterations, tighter quality control, and lower total cost. Our mold shop includes:

  • CNC machining centers (3-axis and 4-axis) for mold core and cavity fabrication
  • EDM wire-cut machines for precision cavity machining
  • Precision surface grinders for flat and cylindrical surfaces
  • CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for 100% mold inspection before production
  • Maintenance and repair capability — molds are kept in production-ready condition
