Silicone rubber parts combine an exceptionally wide temperature range, inherent flexibility, and inertness that makes them ideal for medical, food, electronics, and lighting applications. Anlintech molds silicone gaskets, seals, diaphragms, tubing, and keypads in FDA, USP Class VI, and medical grades. Explore our silicone rubber complete guide and silicone material properties guide.
Silicone (VMQ) stays flexible from about -60°C to +230°C, resists UV and ozone, and is electrically insulating. It is tasteless, odorless, and available in transparent or colored grades—making it the default for regulated contact applications.
LSR is injected as a two-part liquid for high-volume, flash-free, automated molding—see our LSR molding guide. HCR (high-consistency rubber) is a gum stock suited to lower volumes and larger parts. We run both.
We supply silicone meeting FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, USP Class VI, and ISO 10993 biocompatibility for medical devices—see our medical silicone compliance guide and medical device parts guide.
Yes. Silicone meeting FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and USP Class VI is approved for food-contact and many medical uses.
Typically -60°C to +230°C, with specialty compounds extending higher.
LSR suits high-volume, automated, flash-free parts; HCR suits lower volumes and larger cross-sections. Our custom silicone parts guide covers the trade-offs.
Yes. Silicone can be bonded to plastics and metals during molding for integrated multi-material parts.
